She is a stand out thoughtful and very pleasant person to deal with. She was instrumental in guiding us with descriptions, photos and much more. All the staff are really helpful but Hannah is our go to agent.

Lily was very friendly, approachable and professional. Prompt with responses to queries, in reply to emails and gave me space and time to view the property without pressure but highlighted the positives very naturally as well. She was reliable and did what she said she would do and completed tasks efficiently.
