Testimonials

I would like to thank Jo and Fiona of cross keys estate agent for handing the recent sale of my house. Both have done a great job with their professionalism and extremely helpful nature. Cross keeps worked around my job of working away, all viewings were well pre informed and feedback on property was always quick. I would not hesitate to to recommend cross keys and once again thank you

Hi Diane, I am so pleased you have been happy with our service. This review has been passed onto Jo, Thank you!

Just a big thank you to Lynne and Amy for their, as ever, prompt and efficient support for a minor defect within the property we let from Cross Keys. Having rented for 4 1/2 years the service we receive from the Lettings Team has never been less than outstanding.

Richard Lavender

Cross Keys replied:

Hi Richard, Thank you for your kind comments. Lynne and Amy send on their thanks!

Hannah came to my property to initially give me a valuation which was more or less as I expected. I then instructed her to take the necessary photos. Her manner was very efficient and friendly.

Hi Carol , Thank you for leaving this kind review.

Dear Jo and Fio
Just thought I’d let you know
That visiting flat 1 just made me all aglow
You greeted me on the doorstep in your red skirt and fancy heels
You looked the absolute best
And your customer service I could feel
You greeted me and welcomed me
I knew right from the start
That you were going to show me something special that would then capture my heart
And I wasn’t wrong there
You did exactly that
We laughed and we giggled about the loft in the flat!!!!
Thankyou for humouring me I felt rather silly!
To think there was a loft there
I’m a right silly billy!
You took your time and didn’t rush
A considered purchase but you didn’t push
I Thankyou for that
It really meant a lot
You listened to me and didn’t have to put me on the spot
I’d always say to friends tho
Who were looking to buy
Go a see Jo and you’re sure to go fly!
Elizabeth aka ( Jokulros) my writers name 🌸
