This number should only be used for genuine emergencies outside of our normal office hours, such as:
- Major water leaks or flooding
- Total loss of power (where the issue is not with your energy supplier)
- Heating or hot water failures (where applicable and considered an emergency)
- Security issues, such as insecure external doors or broken locks following a break-in
- Other issues that present an immediate risk to people or property
When you call, a trained operator will assess the situation and try to resolve the issue over the phone where possible. If an emergency contractor is required, they will arrange for the appropriate contractor to attend.
Please be aware that if a Contractor attends for any reason during out of office hours and it is not deemed an emergency, then you could be charged a call out fee.
For all non-emergency repairs, maintenance requests, or general enquiries, please continue to contact report any issues via your PROPERTY FILE account.
