Please can I take this opportunity in saying that Asha has been brilliant from the start of meeting at our first viewing of the house to the completion she has become a friend. With me working most of the time there has been a lot of emails and she has responded pretty much straight after. Asha has always made sure I have been updated with everything that’s been going on with a clear update with lots of details which has made the experience easier. Please make sure Asha gets recognised with good customer service. I will recommend Asha to anyone who needs help with buying a house 😊 Also not forgotten Lynne she took time out of her schedule in the office so we could have a second viewing last minute she didn’t know much about the house but was still helpful and gave her suggestions about the house. 😊

I have found Fiona very efficient and effective. She was knowledgable about the property and able to answer questions during the viewing. Subequently, she was able to obtain answers to some technical questions from the vendors very quickly. Correspondance to formalise my offer and move to SSTC was obtained rapidly and the paperwork was clear.
