Hi I’m Jack Merriott-McMillan-Duncan, Managing Director of Cross Keys Estates. I have been an estate agent since 2000 and I love my job as every day is so different.

My husband and I created Plymouth’s leading independent and award winning estate agents, together, after working for another agency in the city. We believe that customer service is the key to any successful business and we make sure that all of us at Cross Keys Estates always go that extra mile for our customers.

I am so proud that, as a team, we have more industry recognised awards than even we thought possible and this is all down to the extra care and dedication that we give to each and every one of our clients.

I am proud to be a fully qualified estate agent (MNAEA) and letting agent (MARLA), recognised by National Association of Estate Agents, giving vendors the security of knowing that they are protected.

I am passionate about interior design and love being known as Plymouth’s only House Doctor estate agent, sometimes giving people advice on how to best stage their properties or gardens for the sales or rental market is not always an easy job. I am always redecorating my own home, just like the Forth Bridge, it’s a never-ending task. I am also a very keen gardener and run The Gardening Club on Facebook, which helps me get and give ideas to others about what works and what looks best for their gardens.

I love Plymouth, as it has so much to offer, the moors for walking our dogs, and the beautiful coastline for surfing (long boards), paddle boarding and kayaking on the weekends.

If there is any time left in my day, I love going to all kinds of concerts and to the Theatre Royal where you can see so many of the West End shows before they go on national tours.
