My time at Cross Keys has been amazing. I had never thought about becoming an estate agent, but I’m so glad I went for it. Jack, Craig and all the girls have been so helpful and kind since I started; I don’t know why I didn’t do it sooner. I have learnt so much in a short time and become much more confident. I have been out on viewings with the girls to see how it’s done, and they have all taught me everything I need to know.

Before working at Cross Keys, I worked in my dad’s family business, but I knew I needed a change after that closed. I am thankful that Jack and Craig have encouraged me to undertake my level 2 junior estate agent apprenticeship with them. I have had the best time so far. Everyone has been very supportive and understanding, as this is an entirely new place of work for me. I’m excited to finally start my apprenticeship and learn more about the estate agent world.

I am looking forward to meeting so many new people and helping them find their next dream home.
