Purchaser ID Requirements

In line with The Money Laundering Regulations 2007 (Part 1,2,3), Cross Keys Estate Agents Ltd are obligated to verify ID for all clients that are conducting property transactions through the Company.

With this in mind, please provide one item from list A (which verifies your Identity) and one from list B (which verifies your address).

Originals must be presented to us for inspection.

LIST A

Passport
Photo-card Driving Licence
National Identity Card (for non-UK nationals)
Firearms certificate / shotgun certificate

LIST B*

Current Council Tax demand or statement
Old-style UK Driving Licence
Current bank or credit card statement
Current utility bill
Evidence of entitlement to a state or local authority benefit

* Bank or credit card statements and utility bills should be no more than three months old.Council Tax demands may be up to a year old, since they are issued annually.
