Property Consultant (Lettings)
Due to expansion of our successful Lettings Department, we are looking for an experienced Property Consultant to join our busy team in our newly refurbished offices in Stoke Village, Plymouth. It is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning company that offers a positive and friendly working environment.
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday 8.45 am – 5.30 pm
- Friday 8.45 am – 5 pm
- 1 in 4 Saturdays 9 am – 4 pm (time off in lieu)

Requirements
- At least 12 months previous lettings experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great communication both written and verbal
- Full UK driver’s licence & car owner
Key Tasks
- Booking & conducting viewings
- Liaising with tenants, landlords & contractors
- Liaising with in-house maintenance department
- General administration tasks
- Booking inventories, check outs, inspections
- Liaising with Utility Companies
