Refurbishment Works

2012/13 -
The property had all new PVCu Windows and doors replaced, Boiler replaced which has been serviced annually (with thermostat in hallway), installation of gas fire in the sitting room, chimney swept, kitchen was renewed including work surfaces, breakfast bar, integral fridge, base and wall units., new cooker point installed. New Downstairs WC installed under stairs with washbasin and drainage, replacement smoke alarms, works to the roof space, new loft access with ladder, attic lighting installed, insulation installed to building regulations at that time, masonry walls cleaned and re-sealed, full electrical rewire with domestic installation certificate, additional lighting and sockets added, walls re-plastered and new ceiling in the landing, new shower room installed making usage of the previous separate WC, new carpeting and vinyl flooring throughout, vertical blinds fitted to front windows, all walls repainted and gloss work.

2013 -
